The view from my back porch. Sasquatch lives back there. We haven't named him yet. But we will.
This was the first creature to welcome us into our new home.
We will never travel to go camping ever again.
It's funny because I have cursed the trees since we moved here. And then we bought a house surrounded by them. But I think they might grow on me.
Seriously- This is our back yard.
My favorite room in the house. The sunroom. Although that name is deceiving, because there is no sun here. To many trees. But I love listening to the frogs, rain, cicadas and the birds.
Lohn is planning on the kids documenting all the creatures to be found in the back yard. This is a Red Shouldered hawk. They like forested areas and eat amphibians.
Red Bellied Wood Pecker. They like to eat beetles and insect pests. Welcome and stay for a while!
And froggies.
