Tamsyn!

Tamsyn sang with her friend a Thanksgiving song in front of the school and their families. Here is the movie I was lucky enough to get, since I lost my camera that evening, and managed to borrow a friends as I was running out the door. She is the second one to sing, the first is her friend Ema.

The support crew. I have to say, I was nervous that sitting for an hour would be too hard on them, but they did great and seemed to like the music.

On a side note, I've been doing a lot of research online about Tamsyn's illness. The closest I can find that matches her condition is Pauciarticular Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. It is the most common form of JRA and occurs around her age. Also it affects the knees and heels the most, which is what she has been complaining of nearly constantly. But I've noticed that the diagnosis doesn't fit completely, so I am not sure. She doesn't have a fever, swelling or redness (thank heavens). She complains of weakness in the legs. THAT scared me into doing research on muscular dystrophy, but she doesn't seem to fit that one at all (phew!) So I am anxious for the Doctor appointment on Monday. I am currently trying not to FREAK out about driving to downtown Chicago by myself. GPS, you BETTER not lead me astray!
