So my friend from highschool (maiden name Becky Virgin) lost a baby boy when he was 18 days old. She has a blog (Click here) Anyone is invited to spend the next 18 days doing acts of kindness and service to celebrate his short life. Last year there were over 80 anonymous acts of kindness recorded. I am going to take part and do my best to help those around me and would like to encourage anyone who would like, to do the same.
Also, as it is a month to be grateful, I am going to post daily until Thanksgiving some things I am grateful for. Today, I am especially grateful that Sylas is okay. Today he was climbing the ladder on the playground structure, was near the top and slipped. He fell back, and landed on his HEAD! But, my dearest peeps, he was watched over by angels and God himself, because his shoe caught a ladder rung on his way down, and absorbed some of the fall before his head did. I am also grateful for my dear friends on the playground who were there as fast as I was, and sweetly as concerned as I was. I am grateful every day for God who protects us, even when we are not aware of it. And I am thankful he watches over my little boy.

Every time I think of a slippery slide I think of Sylas climbing up it and falling. You are being watched over. Love ya.
