We finally got some snow here in VA!
Meet Ted! He only lasted the day, he was mostly melted by noon.
Our snow storm was followed by a 60 degree weekend, in which Lohn put the kids to work chopping down trees and cleaning up the yard. We had a small camp fire that evening during which the neighbors called the fire department on us. The firemen were nice. And no, we did not get into trouble. I am thinking we should have a bonfire in our backyard every. single. night.
Here is my mountain of folded laundry. I thought it was picture worthy. Please note this is only a portion of what I folded that day. (Bow down and worship the laundry goddess)
And after our 60 degree weekend, we got another snowstorm and our kids have been out of school ALL WEEK. We have tried to stay entertained.
Tamsyn and I opted out of the wrestling and made some Valentines decorations. Tamsyn did most of it. I pointed, grunted and critiqued.
Had to plug this one in here- Anders Basketball team. Good group of kids!
And here the kids are enjoying Grandma Johnson's Christmas gift to the kids. Lohn and I never ever spend money on this ice-cream place, so the kids were ecstatic they got to go to sweet frog.
We are all going a bit stir crazy with the big break from school. What would you do to entertain 4 restless kids at home?
