Pocahontas State Park

We are getting to be professionals at finding free things to do. I figure we will do all the free stuff now, and someday when we have a little more wiggle room in our budget, we will do the expensive stuff then!

We liked this/these trees. Two different kinds of trees, hugging.

It was a little monochromatic, but still very beautiful. I suppose in the summer there would be too many leaves to see anything, so maybe this is better.

Fun times. Look, no coats, not even jackets. Virginia winters agree with me folks.

I also wanted to share the following video. It is one of my favorite Mormon Messages. It meant a lot to me just a few short months ago, when I was scared that Lohn wouldn't find a job. There are good things to come!

Thank you for sharing Sharon. I've seen that one before but sometimes you need to hear things at a certain time. I'm sure its a challenge to keep your family and yourself entertained on a budget but (at least by the look of the pictures) it seems like you're doing fabulously. I think your kids are getting incredible experiences that people with lots of money might take for granted. And they're spending time together and with you. I'm so happy you guys are in a place that can give you those experiences! Miss you.
